At The Skateboard Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your deck or hardware isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate decks are still in their shrink wrap.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
